When you install bearings and are tapping them in never hit the inside race @ 37:31...the outer race should take all the force for installing any bearing to prevent embrittlement of the inner race as well as there should be support under the case as well. You should also heat the case and the bearing will fall easily into the case and seat correctly, because installing a bearing in a cold case by force also distorts the opening .....otherwise nice build.

That was painful to watch found it odd he had the torch and obviously has a larger socket just heat it up otherwise not bad vid

You seem like such a quality dude and obviously a knowledgable mechanic, Can you please ditch the carpenters hammer for a ball peen or dead blow? Carpenter hammers are made of lower grade steel and are more likely to spit pieces. If you really have to bang hard on something. you're more likely to get a sliver of steel in the face or eye. Other than that, I can't wait to build one of bad boys some day. Thanks for the help.

Thanks. Yes. I agree I need better hammers and stuff. I will be shopping around some good ones. Thanks for commenting and Thanks for watching!

Isn't nice to use the impact tool...and to remove all the bolts...while leaving the last one all tight holding all that that force. So then it get stressed

I've done them all the different ways, a frozen bearing on a warm case is a no Brainer. With good coordination its easy fast and works every time.

A 12v cordless impact driver is best for the bike bolt sizes, mine has a nice slow startup, way less cross threading.
