Dry Leaf Arts has a faster, more consistent heavy attack with less animation recovery were the Foot Work has more reach and poise damage. it actually helps to rotate them out depending on what your fighting. Chrightt had a video on it a'lil while back, along with a second video that took advantage of Martial Arts and Dragon Form which looks like it could be very fun this patch.
