this is still the best LAPD Lighting replication I have ever seen...

Wow finally a 1:18 rotator lightbar that actually rotates! Great work!

Used to drive my dad crazy when he got pulled over I would turn around in my seat and stare at the flashing lights practically mesmerized by the rotators. If I did that today I'd go blind. -_-

I miss rotators. Emergency lighting these days has no style, no grace, no beauty, just retina destroying lumins.

Probably the best one yet. What kind of lightbar is that? Is this vehicle fixed to the base or is it moveable? How much does it cost? And can you get one with those side lights working? I think those are takedown lights? Am I correct or no?

How much? And is it mobile? Simple questions...

Is there anyone that responds to comments regarding this video? I'm trying to give someone money for one of these...again, this is not rocket science...how much for a quality model like this one instead of the other ones that the lights just flash randomly and look fake...the timing on the wig wags for the forward and rearward facing lights and headlights is worth the money as well as the realistic looking rotators, but how friggin much? And does it have to stay attached to the base? Or can you push it around on a tabletop with the lights going? Why can't we get an answer to these simple questions??

this particular model is actually the old UT Model, they stopped selling them a while ago, they are very hard to find. you have to keep searching ebay for them. type "UT Model LAPD 1990's Chevy Caprice 1:18 scale" and this will pop up. and they do not come lit you have to do that to it yourself. the guy who made this video custom made those lights himself, and did it perfectly.

I had to email bluelinediecast themselves to find out how much it would cost to get them to do it. its a lot. but you pay for what you get, and this is pretty damn good
