@@thesekar763 No they are not same, sea weed tastes somewhat salty, but gelatine powder will give good taste and also melts perfectly when keeping in mouth, I usually use Harima brand. Also sea weed is mostly carbohydrate, but gelatine is pure protein very good for bones, joints and skin.
