@@thepromisedtruth Awesome :) I would love to invite you to come to an Orthodox Liturgy sometime! It's beautiful and the oldest service still in use in Christianity. Saint James the Brother of Christ wrote a good chunk of it before dying!

In order to go to heaven you must believe that Jesus guarantees you everlasting life by simple belief. This means you know you will never go to hell simply because you have believed in Christ for eternal life. If you believe you must work to earn a spot in heaven you will go to hell (Romans 4:1-6, Matthew 7:21-23, Romans 11:6). Simply believe in Christ right now for the free gift of eternal life and you will never go to hell no matter what. You will never perish, come into condemnation, die, or get cast out (John 3:16, John 5:24, John 6:37, John 10:28, John 11:25-26).

Just found your channel, and I’m interested in religion as a whole. But I’m in a weird place I sometimes think there is a God then I don’t. Then sometimes I think Jesus was real then I don’t. And from what I’ve read pretty much all religions were Pagan, if you look at were Judaism came from, then Christianity. So why should we be Christian over the other religions and the ones who came before it? And Jesus said he didn’t come to start a new religion, but to polish it. That’s why he was a Rabbi and even practiced a lot of the old practices like Circumcision. And for many years there was no separation from the Old and New Testament it was just the Bible. So why the changes? Why follow Jesus (if did make changes.) if Gods word is eternal why did he tell us to stop Circumcision, allowed to eat pork and so on? Now I’m not say this to be a smart guy, I’m just so confused. I was Almost a LDS and I’m still drawn to that religion as I feel it makes alot of sense. I did reach out to other Christian churches mostly baptist as I feel they are the closest to the truth. But is it what I feel is the truth due to culture influence? I also pray everyday, and I just get no feelings, guidance or answers. I appreciate any help and guidance! And I apologise if I sounded rude or confrontational! I truly wasn’t trying to be!

First question the heavens declare Gods glory how the earth sun and stars everything is just right and beautiful you don’t think a wrist watch just came to be out of no where right? There’s more proof of Jesus being real than juelius ceaser do you believe he was real? The Bible describes people believed in the one true God even before Judaism see Melchizedek king of Salem, there’s all other religions which are pagen than the true one which is Christianity followers of Lord Jesus Christ “I am the way the true and the life no one comes to the father but by name” - Lord Jesus words and he never said he came to polish the law he said “I’ve came to fulfill it” he was the only one who could since he’s the perfect lamb of God sent for the sins of the world. God needed a perfect man to be the sacrifice for all humanity just like how sin entered the world through one man’s sin Adam Jesus is what Adam should of been! Praise the Lord!!! Why are Christian’s not held to Gods old standard ie Circumcision & not eating pork? That was the law given to the Jews to set them apart from the world to be Holy so to speak, we’re not asked to follow that since we never were part of the old covenant were members of the new Jesus said at the last supper. Believe on Lord Jesus by confessing with your mouth and believing God raised him from the dead and you will be saved the Bible teaches!!! He pays for your sin dept so you can go to Heaven when you die by believing in him, the truth is everything I’m saying you can do your own research LDS, Baptist or what’re domination are all one body with Christ as the head as long as they don’t teach harasy against Gods words you can call yourself whatever I like Christ follower or friend of Lord Jesus Christ myself think of prayer as a conversation just speak to your Heavenly Father or to Jesus he will manifest himself to you and ask to be given the Holy Spirit which is Gods spriit that dwells in believers you need him to combat Satan lies and scheme’s if you have any more questions feel free to ask me and I’ll try and guide you to the answer! But always do your own research don’t just believe everything your told. -Follower and friend of Lord Jesus Christ soon coming King!
