Friday Night Funkin' is a Newgrounds rhythm game made in HaxeFlixel originally created for Ludum Dare 47. Programmed by ninjamuffin99 with a soundtrack produced by Kawai Sprite and artwork created by PhantomArcade and evilsk8r, the game can be played on Newgrounds or played/downloaded for free on Itch.io. The plot of the game centers around Boyfriend trying to hook up with Girlfriend, but her ex-rockstar father Daddy Dearest doesn't approve of him. It's up to Boyfriend to rap battle his way through him and anyone else that stands in his way so that he can finally get freaky! Think you got what it takes?

I never did realize how Yugi could so easily stand in for boyfriend in a mod. Also, I think dream away is now one of my favorite songs in all of FNF.

A Season 0 themed FNF mod? That's a really cool idea. I love how it came out. Though, I think if you took away the cutscenes that have the characters speak in text boxes, you'll find no loss in quality. Like, when Yuugi first finds Anzu, you could have pink text show up in the drawn scene saying "Anzu...?" And then it immediately goes into the song. Or when Yuugi first finds Yami in the reflection, just jump into the song. Between songs, have a momentary black screen with pink text that says something like "Who are you...?" "Is that... me?" "Have you been hurting people...?" The philosophy of "less is more" would work really well in your mod, in my opinion. I think the journey your mod is taking viewers on can tell the story by itself. Keep up the good work. You've done amazing with it, and this couldn't have been an easy feat.
