Sorry, für diesen kleinen Lapsus ... es war am Messetag wohl doch zu heiß und stressig ... und nachdem ich ja diese Lok seinerzeit ohnehin nicht für ein Unboxing-Video zur Verfügung hatte, hab ich mich auch nie intensiver mit dem Modell beschäftigt. Ich hab die halbe Sekunde aus dem Video rausgeschnitten und die Untertitel in Deutsch und Englisch entsprechend korrigiert.

Wow!!!! That 'Schorsch'! What a model! Tell me, do these models operate their sound systems in a limited way on DC only? Nobody around here has Marklin digital facilities.

No, unfortunately there are no sounds and no smoke functions in the current Märklin 1-gauge models in analog use, but on the other hand, a single modern 1-gauge locomotive like the Schorsch costs around five times as much as a new, current comfort digital command station (ESU ECoS 2 or Märklin CS 3) and about 8 to 10 times as much as a second-hand CS2 from Märklin.
