This home is surrounded by other homes that looks inferior to this one. The neighborhood looks like a working class one while this home looks like it's on "millionaire row". Also the owners retreat closest is way to small and it's only one??..yet it's still a lovely piece of property.

Yes, it is an interesting area. Very high demand and desirable location, so builders are buying older homes, and then replacing them with newer and bigger homes. It's close to where Brett Favre is living right now. Always appreciate you watching and commenting Sinclair :). Mike.

And then a hurricane comes and blow it everyone. I am planning to live in Florida soon and this would be a house that I would buy. My concern is the hurricanes. I am a structural engineer and I am not sure if those windows would be able to manage the pressure of the hurricane.

I've been going back and looking at some of these older videos. 1 thing that really stands out with this house, especially at this price point, is we cannot help but to compare it to the many model homes you show. Not fair to this home, since it doesn't have half a million dollars worth of professional interior design work. It really shows how different, and truly luxurious, those details make. I really like this house and would have loved to see how different it would be with that interior design work done. Still loving the home tours you and Haley are doing, thanks.

Hi Diego, most homes are built to improved hurricane standards since 2004. Should be OK, especially if you are a few miles away from the coast. I live in Orlando, and we really don't have concerns about Hurricanes. Had a direct hit a few years back, and only loss a couple shingles :) Thanks for watching! Mike.

It is a good observation. This is in an area in South Tampa that is very desirable, so builders are buying older homes, and then building their newer ones. Just a matter of time before others like this pop up in the area. If you drive the area, it has a lot of very nice homes, and then some that are much smaller and older. Some parts of this home look a little rushed. It sort of seems like this home was the first of its kind for this builder. Lots of exterior parts look not particularly straight (some of the trim), lots of paint splatter, etc.I see the style of home they're going for, but it somehow feels like it missed the mark by a bit. Still a beautiful home and I think it's priced pretty well!

What type of construction is the home? Wood or concrete blocks?

I believe this was was CBS. Usually you will see CBS on first floor, and wood on second on most production builders, but on the custom builders, they usually do CBS on both stories.
