This is the most beautiful apartment. I love the way he goes about his job. But the truth is; without making good investments, no one can ascertain the kind of money required to own such properties. Don't know how I missed this 1 when you posted it. Not sure how I feel about this place. Beautiful, and unique, home. Interesting layout on the 2nd floor. Don't think I care for all the stairs scattered around. I suppose you'd get used to them. Love all the balconies and 3rd floor deck. What a view. Except, you have no real privacy and on a very busy street. I think they missed the mark on the outside spaces. Why squeeze everything in such a narrow space when you have that large area on the other side of the house? For the money I think you'd have many better options. Great tour of the place, I did really enjoy it.

Seems it is an unpopular opinion, but I don´t like that house, sorry. The secondary bedrooms are IMHO far too small for a house with this price tag. And the 5th bedroom has not even windows ... sorry: this is no bedroom at all. Can I really force a child into a bedroom without window? No, I don´t think so.
