This is not a good way to clean your car! High pressure wash and air pushes dirt and water into bearings and other areas which will cause rust and performance issues.

All the experts worried about your poor poor bearings and what a shame it is to treat it so badly... but nobody complains about the bashing or grit it went through to get that dirty lol? Get the sticks out of your asses guys, it's a toy car specifically made to take abuse... tear it down once a season and replace the bearings as needed and the rest of the year spray it and enjoy NOT spending hours cleaning your RC.

Gr8 video to watch after watching this video I bought a pressure washer and a small compressor and apply the same formula on my 1/8 Nitro it was very entertaining for me to wash my dirty nitro I enjoyed it allot it was so relaxing procedure but after drying my rc car.... the servo stop moving towards right hand side so now I have to replace the servo damnnn it cost me 40$.... And after that I m just using air pressure and wipe the car with cloth no water keep away from water my advice to all

OH! YEAH!... this is exactly What I do to clean my rc cars! but be careful guys, gotta use wd-40 after the jet wash or in a few days you will have a totally rusted rc car!!

U just got water in your motor u need to cover your air filter use the wd40 first on your car will act as a water protectant when hosing your car also make sure pull start is covered then clean then use airgun then spray again with wd40 and just wipe over will protect from rust

WD-40 will only make dirt stick to it next time you drive it, and pressure washing it is terrible also.

Die Reifen sind die Proline Trencher! Es gibt auch eine billige Alternative: Excavator. Optisch kaum zu unterscheiden. Ich bevorzuge aber die Proline.

Yes, this is really not a good idea with standard components. I installed an aluminum battery box. In addition, a sealing ring with grease under the servo arms. My servo housings are also dipped in plastidip and the tuning air filter inlet has a tight lid on it. My car still works today, so ... everyone panics, but if you want to clean quickly, you have to make a few preparations and take risks. Thanks for your comment!

At this moment my car was not in stock. I made different things to get a splash-water-proofed car. I had an alloy-rc-box and this is waterproof. The servos are tuned with silicon o-rings and much of grease. The air filter is allways open and you will see, that i doesn't stream directly to it. I wish you a lot of fun with your new car.

Hi, nein der Akku bleibt drin, aber ich habe auch eine geschlossene ALU-RC-Box von Integy drin. Die ist relativ dicht. Klar passe ich auf, wo ich den Strahl drauf richte.

And again for everyone: WD 40 is not a real lubricant. It is more of a loosening effect on tight screws or as a simple preservative. The ball bearings have rubber sealing rings (depending on the bearing), but they are never 100% tight. For lubrication, these should be removed and the bearings should be greased with good low-viscosity oil. Thats what it is :-)

WD40 washes away the grease in the bearings, cv boots and other important places.. which will cause them to wear faster.

i had an integy alu box with seals around, thats 99% water-resistant, but its not an orange submarine ;-)

Agent ATZE mate i had water resistant servos... and no siliconeon my box, dont ask me y i ended up in the ocean sea....... lol 1 meter half deep at the end cuz wave kept making it go deeper...got lucky to find mine, flush it with fuel, waiting 2 hours to dry, and started again iwas like my servos must be dead, nothing was dead, and thatw as at least 1 minute half in water fully in salt water lol but since then i upgraded everything it was an clone rovan and know u cant call it that, just the chassis is rovan lol

when i wash mine with the power washer a leave everything on it except the air filter but you have to flip the choke down or else all kids of water will get into the engine

Every body is saying dont wash it like that. How not to wash. Well how do YOU clean it? Take it all apart and grind all the screws an nuts past the dirt? You will have to touch it eventually. The dirt will not fall of by it self.

Robert Toebak just use a air compressor and different firmness of brushes I find works well 👍🏻

The name of the tuned pipe ist CPI RC 5 BigBore. You can find it in a german baja land shop. I'm sure, you'll find it by using a searching machine. The great advantage of this pipe is, that it is well protected under the cage and rear fender. No damage :-)

It was an cheap rovan and now its tuned with a lot of tuning parts (FLM; RPM; CPI, HPI, HITEC, INTEGY; RCMK and more) and i will call it now as a HPI TUNING BUGGY! For the first run the rovan plastics are okay, but later you should take only tuning or original hpi-parts. Thats my opinion.

Clones are decent. The engine is junk however and the diff is kinda trash (mine had bent wheel hubs and dog shafts, doesnt bother me or change performance) the only upgrade was the engine. To a geniuine zenoha 23cc.
