This video recaps the last 6 months of my transition (from February 2018 to August 2018). I go over physical changes, medical updates, life updates, and a general catch up on what I've been up to!
For skincare, I mention "DIM". DIM is a supplement that helps with Estrogen based acne. I have noticed an improvement in my skin taking it once daily. Try it out if you struggle with acne along the jawline.

Hi River long time no see. Your looking good. I think the fact that your one year video got that many views indicate that people are opening up to the realness of the trans community. People are wanting to hear more stories like yours and hopefully people become less ignorant towards the situation. And I'm sure you are helping other trans people along the way. Thanks for checking it out :) It would be wonderful to meet more people... I'm not a big traveler and don't go on many trips. This trip is a rarity for me! Not sure exactly the towns that I will be in but I will be in London towards the end of the trip. I will be sharing my travels, I'm just not that prepared at this point lol.

Don’t worry about those scars itching!!! They’re probably just healing and that’s completely normal for healing skin to itch. You’re looking great and it’s really awesome to see how happy you are ❤️

First off I wanted to let you know that I think you are a very genuine and awesome individual. I also wanted to let you know that I found your 1 year update very inspirational. There were so many different times in the video where I could totally relate 100% Espespecialy when you mentioned your struggles with all the stress and anxiety. In addition to seeing and knowing that I'm not the only one seeing you overcome those obstacles brought me a sense of comfort and hope for myself, it truly did help me a lot.
