Too bad you can’t bury the utility lines. I lived in PV for 47 years, so I can honestly speak about my utility experience. It got to be a real nuisance when a squirrel got fried after chewing thru the electrical line. Too many black-outs. Still the cozy feel of the Village will always stay with me.
