This is someone trying to cash in while the real estate market is still way overinflated, That house is not very old, this is where an investor gets a great deal on a nice piece of land, sticks some cows on the land for the tax deduction, then pays a couple million to build a nice house, then tries to flip it for 4 times more than they have in it. The housing market is starting to cool off, but the good thing for this homeowner is they can drop the price in half and still make decent money.

I was thinking the same thing. For 21 mil, a gravel driveway is not acceptable. Not that I would ever have a snowball's chance in hell of every being in a position to complain about such things, but a gravel driveway makes sense on my $180 home, not this place.

Who’s that house has everything a family could dream of🤩, except it needs a pool area! I feel like that house would look prettier with more soft colors used on the walls and furniture though. I sure wouldn’t complain if I was a multi millionaire to afford that though!😂
@evedallas86676 ай бұрын
It probably had more color but because they were selling it, the color was painted over so that it is easier for buyers to imagine their own furniture in the home. I would not have a pool because it's something else to take care of and it will double the price of the insurance. No thank you. I love all the land.
@Sica2105 ай бұрын
@@evedallas8667 if one can afford this house, the furniture/household items to fill it, *all* the utilities, plus the insane amount of property taxes *_and_* yep, even the homeowner’s insurance-then they most certainly can afford to _hire_ someone to tend to the pool! 😅 The raise in their insurance for said pool would be quite literally just a drop in the bucket to whatever Boomer can afford to buy a place like this… and -hopefully- _definitely_ give it the best of the best in _interior design_ and 10x the curb appeal with *superior* landscaping! I really dislike these giant houses with literally just *one* tree in the front yard. 😑 This is a “hey, look at me,” house for sure! Just 0 personality, that a large family could help add to, but, unless the Boomers’ Millennial kids are moving in too, _with_ their GenZ and GenAlpha kids…that just ain’t finna happen. Houses like this will always remain “just a daydream house”. Me, personally, I’ll stick to our barndominium my husband built himself on the 1.2 acres I purchased with money I received from a relatives will…but that’s just me. 🤣🤭🤓
