Two things. I don't want to share my closet with my bathroom. I don't want to share my kitchen with the living room. But nice house.

Not a million dollar home - just an over priced home. A million dollar home should say Luxury and this one doesn't! No scullery to go with that small kitchen which is not chef kitchen. Limit on size of refrigerator. Open sink in island - welcome to my dirty dishes. Only one oven. No place for small appliances except in open island. Cabinets are same as Mobil homes. What's with all those grates in the middle of walls. Didn't even try to hide them. Cheap lighting through out, not luxury. The dinning room wood wall is cheap looking knock off for wanes coating. No wine room /wine storage-standard in million dollar homes. The upstairs wet bar is made of press board not custom cabinetry with some kind of stone top. Again with the mobile home look and construction. The bath room cabinets don't go to the ceiling and the same with all the closet shelves, they stop 2/3 way up. More clear cost cutting. Million dollar homes have outdoor kitchens. Not surprised there isn't one since you barley get a good regular kitchen. This is not luxury home just a big home only worth $750,000.00 at best in todays market. Camara person did a nice job. Just another builder who thinks his cost cutting is gold plated. And they wonder why houses are sitting on the market so long even in a housing shortage.
