I like the idea of combining the scullery, laundry and mud room into one functional space. I can imagine NOT using the main kitchen for most daily cooking and just using that scullery. This keeps the main kitchen presentable for whenever you need it to look presentable without having to rush to have the kitchen cleaned up.

LaTonya LaTony LaTonya, ..... you are killing me with envy (and ideas for my future home, but mostly envy lol). Lets start with that island in the main kitchen that should be it's own country it's so big, and dare I say a normal typical size island in the scullery/laundry room, REALLY lol!!! This home is beautiful, the trim work is next level. Again the secondary ensuites in the other bedrooms look like the bathrooms you would see in your nice size typical primary bathroom in a modern home. Once again this is another builder who didn't skimp on the details and give you a generous lot size that they built it on....... (now if only it had a basement lol smh). Well done, excellent video as always and I appreciate you showing some of the most important parts of these homes (THE MECHANICAL ROOMS) that people probably tend to ignore (until something goes wrong) lol. Looking forward to the next one!

Beautiful home; however, I don't like the prep kitchen combined with the mudroom, and most definitely not the laundry room. I don't want nasty dirty clothes where I'm prepping dinner.
