This step-by-step video shows how the 1.6 THP turbo (in this case OEN: 0375N8 - BorgWarner 208GTi turbo) is installed on the exhaust manifold (OEN: 0341P6) 🔧🛠. These steps are, of course, applicable for all 1.6 THP turbos.
This video is part of the turbo installation/upgrade, upgrading the EP6CDT (156hp stock) engine to a EP6DTS (175hp +) engine.

Hi, what is the difference to the smaller THP Modells like 155 or 165? Small Turbo, less boost pressure? Like to tune my thp165... first idea is downpipe . Cheers

Description Rislone Engine Recovery contains a combination of high-quality active components to solve the most common problems associated with engine oil. Compression and engine power increase, leaks are sealed, and noise and smoke emissions are stopped. Problem: Decreased engine power, low compression, increased frictional resistance, dirty engine parts, noises, engine knocking, camshaft ticking, low oil pressure, oil consumption, oil burning, smoke, leaks. Result: restores engine power, improves compression, reduces frictional resistance, promotes cleaning of engine parts, decreases noise, reduces engine knocking, stops camshaft ticking, improves oil pressure, reduces oil consumption, reduces oil burning, eliminates smoke, stops leaks . The most important factor in the engine is the presence of engine oil. Oil functions as a circulatory system. It is circulated under pressure and is crucial for the smooth operation of all moving engine parts. The two main components that require oil for continuous lubrication are the bearings and the pistons. As the engine ages and has made more kilometers, the oil in itself is no longer sufficient to allow the engine parts to function optimally. Space is created on the parts, which causes the engine to make more noise and lose power. Bearings are subject to wear, sealing rings leak, camshaft causes tapping, pressure loss (blow-by) on the piston rings, and engine power loss. The Rislone Motor Recovery product stops these problems and provides preventative protection. This can extend the life of your engine. Motor oil is normally intended to reduce the frictional resistance between moving engine parts. In addition to lubrication, the oil also provides cooling, protects against corrosion and is a reliable means of removing contaminants. If a lubricant deteriorates in quality, its composition changes and this can lead to an increase in frictional resistance and wear. Over time, the wear and tear inside the engine causes loss of oil pressure, loss of compression, increased fuel consumption, increased oil consumption due to leakage and combustion, and increased engine noise due to knocking and ticking. For most cars, Rislone Motor Repair is the last resort before you are faced with high repair costs or car replacement. Engine Restore can be used at low oil level to top off the system to maximum level, or add a full dose at regular oil and oil filter changes. Suitable for use with all types of motor oil, including conventional and synthetic products, and heavy duty motor oil. Instructions A. When added to a filled system: 1. Remove the dipstick and check the oil level. Tip: If necessary, refer to the owner's manual to determine where the dipstick is located. 2. If the oil level is low, unscrew the filler cap and add the entire contents of the double bottle to the existing engine oil. Note: do not top up beyond the prescribed oil level. Tip: To be able to add enough of the product, some engine oil can be drained beforehand. 3. Check the oil level again. If necessary, fill the system with engine oil specified by the manufacturer to the maximum level. 4. Reinstall the dipstick and retighten the filler cap. 5. Depending on the nature of the problem, the treatment has a result within two days or after approximately 160 km of driving. 6. Engines with severely damaged parts require a second treatment. In these cases it is recommended to change the oil and oil filter, after which Engine Recovery is added a second time. B. At oil change If Engine Recovery is used during (a regular) oil change, use the entire contents of the package after the oil filter has been replaced. Then fill the system with engine oil specified by the manufacturer to the specified level. Check the oil level again after a while. Dosage: 1 bottle suitable for 4-6 liters of oil content.
