It seems like no one else has mentioned, but this Greenlight is actually an old (retooled) Shelby Collectibles casting. Some time in the 2010s, the Shelby Collectibles casting was licensed to Greenlight. So it will have different attributes than your typical Greenlight. That is why the taillight lenses and headlights are separate pieces and the engine is casted differently. And, actually, there are many variations of the this casting that have opening doors and cast in headlights and taillights. Most commonly those changes were found on the "Lootcrate exclusive" version. But, there is a deep history regarding this car. I actually like it. But, I've loved Eleanor since the movie came out over 22 years ago. I hope now that the "Eleanor copyright" fiasco is over, more companies will do this. Thanks for the deep detail video.

It's a little skinny as you'll see to later Mustang videos I'll post, but like you; for the price you can't expect perfection.

I have that exact one, hate it. Feels cheap, wheels are half painted, wobbly wobbly rolling, hood is crooked and only half opens.... If you really want to see a decent casting, check out the jay leno collection GT500, its one of the best 1/64 castings of an old mustang.

Sound like you got a bad one which is like 50% with Greenlight it seems.

Mine is better than my hot wheels Leno mustang. Green Light definitely has QC problems
