The house is nice and the tour was great. I wish that pantry was bigger for that size house and the people who will be in it. The owners room walk in closet could be bigger too. And that extra storage space upstairs was massive.

Weird curb appeal…..The massive garage doors side takes over causing the other side to look like a tiny apartment building. Thank God LaTonya is very professional & show cases the homes very well & is unmatched. And the Videography is top tier…..!!!!!

This house is not worth the price! The layout is horrible! All the bedrooms are too small and for the asking price every bedroom should have its own bathroom! For 1.7 million there should be a grand entrance not that mess they have here smh total failure!

Hi, welcome to my garages. Not a welcoming front porch. It looks like it should be a side entrance door, not the main porch. Has no curb appeal! Stop right there, the rest doesn't matter. Even the mud room off the foyer says welcome to the garages. The garage stairs- Note the stone steps and nice metal railings. It's all about the garages. Laundry & mud room off the foyer and must pass by to get to office/study? Really? Great to show the clients our laundry. No real formal dinning just a breakfast area used as formal. Wonderful back porch area doesn't make up for the F.U. in the front of the home. Over priced for sure. The layout needs some work to say the least. This is a builder /designers fail in my opinion.
