The only thing I feel like would’ve been a plus to this house if there was a balcony access from the master bedroom, but other than that given the location where it sits and the market right now, it’s totally worth it😊

You know I didn’t think I was gonna like this house because they are in my opinion too bland no color’s typical look a like new architectural homes but I have to tell yah YOU NAILED IT!! I love homes with lower level’s but it’s not missed in this home. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was hearing the house couldn’t be sold without the furniture, I’m not a fan of the chairs and couches but like everything else although, normally it’s a plus money and time saver to not have to furnish as an option. That wine bar is amazing!! It’s an actual bar where you can have someone serve if you’re having a get together. I think that was a prep kitchen area? The second floor laundry room almost took me out I Love it!! Oooh I love everything about this home the smoked windows in the garage’s are unbeatable there so much natural light some homes and gauges can look and feel creepy but not this one. The outdoor kitchen pool and view I’m done!! Lol

Oh yeah after seeing this house I can understand the price see when you have a house on a golf course in the south, that’s prominent property. Yes, people do pay several million to live on a golf course in the south but if you’re not from the south, that would expect you to understand. it’s like it goes hand-in-hand with the beach home if not more popular than a beach home because it means you’re a certain class and the majority people in the south that have country club or golf course homes it’s a certain circle and put it this way in that world that means you have somebody call reality, but is the truth😊

I have never been a fan of kitchens opening to the main living space (e.g great room), especially if I am having a dinner party, but it's common and expected these days. Open on the side of the dining area space is okay I suppose. Is it really practical to have five stools lined up at the island? I would remove one or two; I would hate to be bunched up like that during a large gathering. And all that glass at the entry facing the front... I suppose I could put up some type of covering. Chef's kiss to the glass facing the rear, though.

For 5.5mil it needs to be an estate with much more land. I shouldn't be able to look out of one of my windows and see directly into my neighbor's bedroom; the homes are too close together for that price point. You get a good vantage point of what I'm referring to at the 25:51 mark. Don't get me wrong, it's a nice house but well over priced.

Like I said, in my comment, do you don’t understand the East Coast southern life if you live on a golf course and have that automatic membership to a country club in the south that means you’re somebody you run in a circle certain circle it has pretty much means your social status is way up so the majority of the people on the East Coast live in the south who runs in those type of circles who have those that prefer a Home like these instead of a home even on a beachfront see I understand it because I live in South Carolina and used to eat lunch sometimes at the country club, so yeah that’s why It’s this amount, imagine how much a Home like this would be in New York City or something so the song is just about right because if you place this home in New York City, you will be paying triple if not quadruple this amount

The buyer also had the builder to add additional upgrades at an additional cost. Sometimes, what we are not willing to pay for, someone else will see the value in it and jump on it.

The house is designed nicely. A few things I would change: - kitchen and primary bathroom cabinets and countertops are ugly and just not my style. When did the chemistry lab look become a thing? Seriously, didn’t we see this style in high school chemistry? - it’s weird to have a half wall separating the dining room from the primary suite. They couldn’t carve out a real hallway to the master lol - I love the bar behind the tiled brick in the family room. It’s a great use of space. But I would have added a wall or half wall to partially cover the wine bottles you see upon entrance. I find it a bit tacky to see wine/alcohol bottles as one of the first things to see when you enter a home. It’s a home, not a bar. A trend I never understood. - lot is small for $5.5 million. I’d need several acres or a beach/lake view for that price I love your tours
