I mean hats off to the Elise, but I do have to question it... Lovely as it is, everything has to be 100% to get a good time... Maybe dialing down the power a little might give you better or the same times 😎😎

Any car with 2wd and massive power is hard to get the perfect time. This elise did a mid 10 while bouncing all over. That's mega quick never mind a 8 or 9 sec et.

Based on how much these cars weigh (about 2000lbs stock) and his best 1/4 mile time of 8.9 shown in the description, my calculator says around 700 wheel horsepower.

There's a lot of story hidden there. Stories of shoddy parts. The owner does believe he's clued up about cars, but he's cutting a lot of corners.

@@thefreedomguyuk I'd have said he's gone overkill if anything. As far as I was aware nobody else is getting close to his power with that particular engine. Can't comment on the chassis though as I don't know enough about them.
