Definitely the closest races I've had. I've had some close runs but its usually me catching someone right before the line. A completely different experience. Both great but this was a treat.

Wow Wow bud, I must agree with you. It is all about the race and not really the numbers. I could see you where having a blast. The race between the Mk1 was awsome. Great work and I could see you where holding back because you don't want to break the side shaft. Do you know the spec of the Mk1

I agree with you. The times are good, it helps me a lot. But it can so easily take away from a great run because the time isn't what's expected. Anyways, spec on the Mk1 is a GT30 turbo, stock motor and supporting mods running on E50 with around 1.4 bar on the night. So simple, yet so effective.

Your car, runs almost every robot racing and you are able to drive it home - not many can say that. Don't give in to the crit. The decision of not posting times should be yours and yours alone, don't let people influence/ impact your decision.

I wasn't really complaining about the time, it just wasn't the cleanest run. I would have liked to be much closer to the M4. Feels like I missed a good opportunity there because he didn't want to go again. But for a first pass out, I can't complain about that. I used to run 14.1's first run out. Lol. I won't be racing on the 16th but I'll be racing on the 20th at Robot racing.

I've got forged rods, 20thou oversized cast pistons and race bearings. Other than that, it's stock. It would have only been rods if there wasn't ridges in the bore. It came out of a Sharan that wasn't driven hard so the bore wasn't well used. Lol.

What's ur maximum rpm? Seems like when u shift u have to start building boost again

It's 7500 rpm. 3rd hear is long so the rpm drops just below the boost threshold.
