Another shit gong show last night. Even the pregame ceremony regarding Snyder couldn't help. My God, is the upper management brass gonna do something soon. They cannot keep saying that it's part of rebuilding. Torts is talking about their concept. What concept? You kidding me! We saw an opponent last night with a solid structure and system. Flyers have no clue of a system let alone structure. Running around like chickens without heads. It's Torts' responsibility to have the players ready to compete. We saw the beginning of a progression last year highlighted by intensity and incredible PK. This year, we see REGRESSION. What has changed? Almost the same players. I believe that Torts' strategy to bench leaders on that team has backfired. The team is simply going thru the motions. Tort's message does not pass anymore. It's 3 yrs in their rebuild, and they're regressing. Torts has got to go.

Agreed. I'm dissapointed in Frosty. He has the talent, but needs to be more focused and determined. Laughton and Poehling are what they are. 3rd and 4th line centermen. You definitely need a Barkov type between Mich and Tipp. Coots is just not fast enough to keep up with that line.

I hate to say this but... This team sucks. Horrible passing and I never seen a team get hemmed in to their own zone by so many other teams. Goal tending has been sub par also. I said it before, I don't care if he's only 20 yrs old. He had no cardio, can't skate, and has no shot. He needs to work on these three elements this off season with a good trainer of he wants to make a difference in a game. Come October you will see what a Russian hockey player should look like - keep your eye on Demidov.
