Are there other LEDs that can be used rather than these ones? Like can you use big LEDS or strip LEDS? Like more brighter ones?

It depends on what you're using and what you're trying to create. For this particular design, strip LEDs will not work. We recommend experimenting with what you have to see what works best for you. If you're looking to make the lights brighter you can stack a second coin battery on top.
