Most of the time thus us the NORM with large Estate sales - the next home might be different where they furnish or they buy what’s already in the home they are seeking.

It is a multi living room and multi quarter house, a number of friends or relatives can collectively purchase it and live there. A lot of mansions have multiple nuclear families living there, not just one couple and that's the most sensible way of living.
