Las Vegas, Nevada - This afternoon we had the opportunity to eat at what's said to be the #1 best and biggest buffet in Las Vegas - the Bacchanal Buffet inside Caesar's Palace casino in the heart of the Las Vegas strip.
At $85 per person plus tax, I wasn't sure if the price tag would match the offerings...
From prime rib and lobster claws, to fresh sushi and birria tacos, the Bacchanal buffet was an overwhelming food experience that blew me away.
I don't know how often I could handle eating at the Bacchanal buffet, but it was an interesting culinary treat while we filmed fun things to do in Las Vegas.

The M Resort has a Sunday brunch that features all-you-can-eat lobster tails It's much smaller and there are way fewer food choices but it's about the quality at this buffet rather than quantity. You should try that one if you love lobster. They also feature prime rib, beef Wellington and racks of lamb.

The Palms also has a lobster buffet on Wednesday and Thursday. It's only $65, even cheaper than the Bacchanal.

I always laugh at people who say these high-end buffets are too expensive. A fast-food meal now costs $15 to 20. This buffet is only 5x that price but look at the quality and quantity that you're getting. I consider these high-end buffets one of the truly great deals in Las Vegas.

That is an amazing buffet. The last time I was in Las Vegas they were building it, so I have not had a chance to visit yet. The food is all over the top in quality. I can see why they charge as much as they do. You did a great job comparing all the items. It's a tough job, but someone has to do it!

I was there a few days ago. Super super fire. Wynn buffet was terrible. Then I went to bachannal. Totally different deal. Stay away from Wynn buffet and only hit bachannal

I would totally go there! It looks like they have everything people love to eat. It’s a great value when you consider all the seafood and meat choices. A prime rib dinner alone can run $40.00 and above. Great video.

From Ohio and I used to go to the Ponderosa in Barberton Ohio. Great times but that food looks much more enticing than Ponderosa's ever did!!! Great Video I will visit there next time in Vegas.

First post of your's I've seen and well done! With a bit of a restaurant background I'm astounded that all of that food only requires 40 chefs? That can't be right. Really great you talked to the head chef but that's unbelievable. That chunk of meat is the hugest piece I have ever seen on a buffet. Still watching -- best from Colorado!

If I ever got a chance to eat at a BUFFET like that, I would think that I died and went to heaven .......It wasn't meant to be.....I worked 43 years at a laborers job and always had just enough to get by on.......No extras, NO new cars, NO fancy restaurants. just living my life to my best ability........Now that It's over I have no regrets, but would like to leave my family something other than my ashes...Oh well !....

I've eaten at Bacchanal Buffet for over 20 years. I do think that the Wynn Buffet is better though.

I ate there years ago, and it was the worst buffet I ever had! The food was bland, and the seafood tasted like stinky feet. I got a barbecued rib, which was a rib covered in sauce with NO MEAT! The desserts looked pretty but tasted like flavorless AIR! Looks like they improved it, I hope 😮

I agree that Bacchanal is the best buffet. I finally tried the Wynn Buffet which was allegedly rated #1. So disappointed. What a waste. I should have stuck to my usual Bacchanal selection. Way more variety and quality. From now on. I will only go to Bacchanal and avoid wasting my time at other buffets.
