I recomand omand Casa Portuguesa, Funchal. Very polite and honest people with a perfect 3 stage menu. One Fado singer, one guitarra Portuguese and one violao. Perfect dinner! Not or budget tourists.

I first visited the market 20 yrs ago and can confirm that the prices for fruit and veg are very high. The freshness of the fish is superb. Highly recommend you try a fish meal when out to eat.

Joe, we were in town to see the lights and we walked behind the market to Bella 5. A guy in there with the name a of Tiago recommended a craft beer brewed on the island. Wonderful beer and bar. They remembered you and said that your video has bought a lot of traffic and customers their way, well done! By the way we visited UauCacau chocolate cafe outlet in the same way after your video.
