Hey Bro Wht I'm going to say it's real I tried out myself when I was 6th Standard in the year 2016..I used to have lean body shape with no muscles and weight gain. And People used to call me Lizards, Coach roaches and etc. For Weight Gainers :- What I have is that I didn't ate any junk food only thing is in my diet **I had different types veggies, dals etc. i.e, 2 bowls of Dals, 3 - 4 plates/bowls of or you can have Chapatis tht's also 3 - 4 per pieces in 3 times of meals (Breakfast, lunch and dinner)** I just did it in 4 - 5 months and yet I gain weight and still I'm controlling in 2023-24. Now along with these you have to do some exercises otherwise metabolism would increase in your body.. Now Remember don't start all this at first if your body didn't permitted it..Start it from little by little after which you can have these diets as well as exercises fluently.
