I discovered in the appendix there are 2 strains I can take for my recurring diarrhea that was induced by a hospital stay where they destroyed my microbiome with a powerful antibiotic. Thank you Dr. Berg for saving my life. At 69 I thought I was going to die. Had zero energy. Could not run 50 feet without thinking I was about to have a heart attack. Thanks to your videos, I feel like I'm in my 30s at the age of 72 and can run over a mile without getting tired. All because of doing Keto, Red Light Therapy, grounded sheets, filtered water, & OMAD. Lost 55# too. I'm in better shape than most 20 year olds. And the ADHD brain fog that I suffered from all my life is GONE!

Turning 60 next year as well, and because I do most of the things yourself and KZbinr Chris Gibson do, I also am frequently mistaken for someone far younger than my age. Fasting is the key. Fasting is the way for your body to repair and heal at the fundamental level. Autophagy, stam cell creation and mobilisation, fewer cell replication = slower aging, managing blood sugar levels better, preventing insulin resistance, the list goes on. Everyone should do some fasting from time to time, it is fundamental to your health.

So how to do it if you have melasma and dont want to worsen the situation in the face? Should i just avoid it on that area? Is there anything else other than sunscreen to apply? Thank you in advance, Dr Berg 🙏 your advice has been helping me for years ❤️
@evikontogeorgaki140713 күн бұрын
I used to have melasma and would use sunblock 365 days and avoid any sun exposure. However, sbout a year and a half ago, having become convinced that we need the sun for a lot more reasons other than vit D, I decided to change all this. I was prepared to live with the brown stains on my skin for the sake of my health. Much to my surprise: no melasma whatsoever. Recently I read something that might explain everything: that melasma is the result of zinc and selenium deficiency (I started supplementing with various things about a year before I stopped using sunblock). Hope that helps.

Dr Berg, i watched your vid on coconut oil (non pasteurized) for hair regrowth and it worked. I have had 75% of my hair return on the top of my head. I wont get full regrowth but i can stand in front of the mirror and not be self conscious anymore. I took another coconut oil as other had sold out and my hair started disappearing again. When i had a closer look at the packaging it was pasteurized. Also i would like to say my skin has improved. Its not dry and is supple.
