We have had this RV for two years now and love it. Reinstalled the washer dryer combo. One problem when we installed the outside vent for the washer dryer is that they marked it drill here for the vent and that went right into the outside awning. They were 5 inches off luckily I only drilled a small pilot hole. I installed a second fireplace in the bedroom and cupholders on the slide out for coffee in the morning in bed. We really like the appliances in The unit. It’s a full of and not one of those pretend Rv ovens. The hide a bed sofa is much better than a jackknife sofa but like all Rv’s we did have to replace the mattress because it was absolute garbage. We also had to add the topper on the master bedroom bed. One thing that is annoying is that you have to leave the medicine cabinet door open to brush your teeth because the sink is not deep enough. Later year they put the medicine cabinet over the toilet but that doesn’t work because you need to be real careful when you open it and don’t lose something down the toilet. It would be a real nice design if theyHe’s in her medicine cabinets with just a mirror in the middle over the sink. But overall it is a very wonderful RV tows super nice.I did also Move the electric Power cord reel over about 2 inches and added a second reel for the hoses to wind up on. We really love this RV

Wow... She's a looker for sure... That was some glossy outside wall there... Over all, a good layout, with a really good kitchen IMO. Love the larger oven and fridge, great storage, with the right amount of drawers. I like the aluminum framing studs in the wall, making her strong and flexible. Keep em coming Josh!!!

It’s got my must have a coffee bar, reclining theater seats for napping. Josh you said some people don’t like floor vents, we’ve lived in mobile homes, just remove the screws & lift up the vent take a canister vac or shop vac & vacuum out the vents. You said that those are plastic vents, metal ones aren’t expensive, easy to change. They make magnetic covers to put over them. I’d rather spend more money for quality, than not & have to do repairs more often. 👍👍👍👍👍👍for another great video, keep’m coming have a blessed day & God Bless

@@JoshtheRVNerd It is 37 feet long but only 14K with 2700 cargo, nice amount of cargo weight but it still is not monster heavy and length is better for many camp grounds than a 40 footer. You could run this with a 6500 truck and super singles instead of duals as long as the truck is not to full of thigs on it. Easier to fit in places with super singles than duals. At least I feel it is. It is also shiny and pretty and I am more of a Cougar or Montana guy but this is really nice. Be safe Sir.

I have been through a couple of Ceder Creek fifth wheels and found they were very nice. I could see one of these being the last RV I would ever buy...............it certainly looks like it is built to last a long time. For a long term living situation, I could see one of these fifth wheels doing quite nicely.

Cedar Creek does this floor plan the best in my opinion! I loooove the kitchen! These are just such nice trailers! My biggest issue is the loss of storage under the bed. That's a lot to give up. Other than that, I'll take it! Oh, I also love the extra lights on the back!! That really needs to become more common! I can't stand massive trailers with little tiny lights... Haha

I like this lay out. It truly seems to the best one. As for the side tables, I had rather have the sofa space, however they could add cup holder in the arms, or a way to add a tray onto the arm. This brand gets to the point, well made, not cheap looking. I don't mind not having flashy, that is what Target is for, so you can add your own flashy lol.

I REALLY like this one! Two quirky things that I saw in the video. 1) In the bathroom, when you opened the storage door, there is a TP holder right there. It looks like if you had a full roll of TP that the ability to open the door would be greatly constricted. 2) In the front closet where you showed that the Washer and Dryer would be located, the floor bumps up towards the back of the closest. How would you be able to get a W/D in that space?

I noticed those too. I 'guess' there is a lift kit for the washer/dryer, but in this unit, which isn't the largest of the 5th wheels out there, that seems like a not too wonderful use of the space to me. However... At about $10k less than those larger ones, this is a good compromise in my view. "Not too shabby".

I really like this one. I prefer the windows not to be boxed in. I also like the fact that Cedar Creek got rid of its cathedral ceiling on the slide outs. That just looked funky. Very nice kitchen, but I personally think there should be more sliding drawers. I was looking for the drawers in the island, but I didn't see them pulled out. I kept rewinding, but I missed them. I don't know. Is this model coming to Coldwater? I'm impressed with the build quality. But I've heard some folks say the insulation could slide down over time. I'm guessing by what I see, maybe those folks were uninformed. I'm not sure what front storage is lost with a W/D. It didn't seem like there was a lot of room up there. Maybe it was just the camera angle. This is quite possibly a new contender vs the 3120RL. Nice video. And thanks as always for the straight skinny!

Furnace works normally off the thermostat? Apologies I am not sure how else it would operate. Lp tanks are up front on the sides like many FW’s. Dual 30’s that auto switch

The floorplan is common and fine. There's only so much you can do with a 7 foot wide container and this floorplan seems ubiquitous. Not a bad unit at all. Way more hanging space than you need for camping, but good for a park model. I'd like to see a televator in LR and bedroom. Needs a 2nd awning outside. Put a couple of 12v, 400amh LiGePo4 batteries in there with 800 watts of solar and you could do some decent boondocking without a gas generator. Overall it's very nice. I we don't really want anything that long for our purposes (we want all the space just not the length). :)

very nice... ya the floor plan is pretty much everywhere... but great closet with hookups.... could totally live in it, but does need outside fridge at least... the build sounds like it would be a bit stronger than most, but am no engineer, which means a little better for those off roadish places, better durability in general... full time capable. travel access not a problem, bed bathroom and fridge is most important... is a good chance i will be loading my fridge in the smiths food king or whatever parking lot soon as i walk out of the store with it, as my last stop unless need gas and water etc... the other last stop, before heading out on road, hell with cooking on a sleep stop you not bother with slides, just make a sandwich or order a pizza, watch tv in bed. long as you can get to fridge, you got food.

Can someone tall me how you fit a side-by-side washer and dryer with the ledge down in the floor of the bedroom closet. Would some kind of platform be required to level out the appliances, or is there something we're not seeing that makes it all work?

The bottom dresser portion of that front cabinet removes. The W/D slides into that space atop that ledge (which is the structure for your hitch btw)

Yeah, don't come over here with that floor vent nonsense either! I like the idea of optioning ACs with a heat pump, though, especially if the plan is to do more park camping than not, that way we'd be in a better position to conserve our propane. By the way, those cabinet doors you like in the bathroom will get beat up by the drunken octopus fight club hangers on the wall above the toilet. Those things pack a mean right hook, so watch out!
