Nuts and seeds are always should be consumed soaked or roasted.. Bcz it contains phytic acid in upper layer on it which inhibits nutrition absorption of all food... So by soaking it will be removed and would be more beneficial

A very good vlog but I have 1,2 suggestions for u Rima now a days u r trying to be healthy first off all stop buying packet atta try to get fresh chakki pisa atta pkt atta contains more maida & less husk. 2nd that seeds r good for health no doubt but use it half tsp otherwise it contains lot of oil so it increases cholesterol in our body .the easy way to consume it grind it roughly add half tsp to the cut fruits & eat it u will enjoy it I do the same way
