Hi All,
Sharing a very delicious recipe of Dum Aloo Biryani with you which Kashish had asked me to prepare for her before she left for her Hostel. Hope you guys love it.

Ingredients:
2 cups Basmati rice
1 Tbs Dabur Ginger Garlic Paste
2 Tbs Dabur tomato Puree
1 Tbs cooking Oil
1 Tbs Mustard oil
1 Tsp Red chilly powder
1/2 Tsp Haldi powder
2 Tsp Dhaniya Powder
1/2 Tsp jeera powder
1 Tsp garam masala powder
1 Tsp homemade biryani masala
1 Tsp Dabur Keweda Water
2 green chillies
Fresh pudhina
Fresh coriander
2 Tej Patta
4 green elaichis
4 Laung
4-5 whole black pepper
5-6 Potatoes
3 onions

Ghee
Recipe :
1.Peel and cut potatoes into two pieces. Wash them thoroughly.
2. In a pan heat oil and fry the potatoes till golden brown.
3.In a bowl take curd along with all the spices,salt,green chillies,chopped corriander and mint leaves. Also add Dabur Ginger Garlic Paste
along with some mustard oil, fried onions (birista) , fried potatoes to the curd.
4.Let this mixture marinate for 20 -25 min.
5.In a pan, boil basmati rice upto 70% - 75% with whole spices,oil and salt.
6.In another pan with some oil ,fry jeera, green elaichi, onion and Dabur Tomato Puree. When oil startes to separate out, add marinated
potatoes and let it cook for 3 - 4 minutes.
7.Now its time to assemble the biryani into layers. Start by adding a base layer of masala aloo mixture to a pot. Next layer should be a
layer of rice with mint and corriander along with a layer of onions on top. Repeat this step again 2 -3 times. Lastly add Dabur Kewada
Water,kesar milk and desi ghee.
8.Cook biryani for 15 -20 minutes on low flame.
9.Biryani is now cooked and ready to serve along with delicious Dabur Pickle and Chutney.
