A billion is an impossible number to understand. I’m sure she thought “He’s already in fatigue, I’m doing 25 per turn and can heal, surely he’ll die first” it took a few turns to see just how little damage that was in proportion to the armor that she conceded.

@@Michaela_ZC People aren't used to a billion, but it's definitely not impossible to understand. Quick math with rounded numbers, a billion damage / 100 dmg a turn = ten-million turns. Definitely higher than the 90-turn limit. Even if it was impossible and just looking at his damage on board, 25dmg x 1,000 turns = 25,000 damage. If he had that board on turn 1 and Mark did nothing he couldn't have done it in 1000 turns and an hour of attacking and ending turn.

In order to lose to fatigue, you‘d need to go 51811 cards into fatigue. If he were to attack with all minions on board and you‘d draw 1 card per turn, that would theoretically still take 51788 turns (so attacking with 6 minions over more than 50‘000 turns would save you only 23 turns)

I think the game draws if you go into 30 points of fatigue. I don't know if both players have to be in Fatigue, but Hysteria did a vid about it

@@TheDancerMacabre It's not about fatigue. After 89 half-turns (usually 45 turns for player 1 and 44 for player 2), the game is drawn. Normally that only happens if both players keep shuffling cards back into their decks.

@@sonicganga normally you would be correct. In the version of druid he played though because the armor was so high playing multiple scales sent him to input overflow and removed the armor then the third put the armor back on. He had armor equal to the minion's attack +4 health.

Maybe I'm missing something but couldn't Deathspeaker be used instead of Attorney at Law? One difference I noticed with Attorney at Maw is that it's not limited to friendly minions...I wonder if there are any shenanigans that could be done by giving an opponent's minion immune? Maybe with Hysteria, if the class barrier can be overcome?

Long answer, in the video the full combo produces just under 1.35B armor, and since fatigue increases by 1 every time fatigue damage can be calculated as ((1+f)/2)*f where f represents the number of fatigue cards drawn, you can then transform that into a quadratic and introduce d = total damage taken, to make 1/2f^2 + 1/2f - d. If we fill in 1.35B for d and solve it comes out to around 52,000 cards, the hearthstone turn limit is 89 turns, so in order to die from that much armor, you'd need to draw 584 cards per turn starting on turn 1.

I mean, there's still a hard coded turn limit even if both players constantly have 60 cards in deck - 89 turns is the absolute limit - at the start of turn 90, it's a draw. That's combined turns, so 45 each.
