Well said sir.Budgetarycontrol system in position to distinguish between controllable nd non controblefactors factors so that people r held accountable only for the controllable factors and nd not for the uncontrollable ones.In nutshell it may b said the various techniques such as responsibility, accounting, budgeting, transfer pricing nd accurate record keeping r diffentinitely useful for better mgmt.control bt if they r used recklessly nd the behaviour aspects they may not create the desired effect in my opinion keeping in point ur.lecture..Salesbudget, production budget,costof production budget etcincluding cash budget nd master budget.... means all functional budgets in capsule form including operating budget nd Program budget is important for the budget in nutshell in my view.Analysis nd refreshing is also very important useful nd informative lecture.
