Sounds like these 3 guys jumped off the steeler Bandwagon

I don't want to hear about "this is a team the Steelers should definitely beat", "the Steelers are a better team than.." blah blah blah. There have been no blowouts, there have been no convincing wins, no dominant performances. There is no reason to think you will get anything consistent with this offense and not even the defense the past couple games. There is no reason anyone should think the Steelers SHOULD or WILL win any game right now. Fields has been better than I thought, but honestly it just feels like a better Kenny Pickett who can run the ball. He never seems to play with any confidence until either the 2nd half or after they get down in the game. Always playing not to turn the ball over rather than playing to score points. That was a massive problem with Pickett. I hope Fields can develop into it, but I just want a quarterback that can throw on time, on rhythm, and trusts themselves to make NFL throws to WR's that are NFL open. I honestly didn't want Kyle Allen to leave the game. That throw he made to Muuth was the type of throw I'm looking for. And then Fields came in and looked good, but what happened the next drive? Like I said, no consistency. Not saying that Allen is the answer, but I'm sick of playing safe. This is a comment made about 15 minutes after the Steelers game ended, so of course there is some emotion caught up in this comment. But I don't think I am very far off with how things are currently with this team.

this could be the 3rd year in a row Tomlin has the best QB on the roster as 3rd string

Fact of the matter is the offense is young and learning with a new OC. The Defense has vets and is the highest paid unit in the league. The Defense had an opportunity to win the game up 4, all they had to do was get a stop when it was 3rd and long with just over a minute left and they couldn't. This Defense is NOT the '08 or '10 D. The Steelers D in both of their losses did not get key stops when it matters.

Justin Fields couldn't move the ball even with all of the injuries the cowboys have he's a more mobile Kenny Pickett, in other words he stinks

@MikeG82 I guess you didn't understand my point. The way the Steelers are currently made up you're not relying on the offense to win in the biggest moments. You're relying on that veteran laden, expensive defense. The offense got the go-ahead score. It was up to the most expensive defense in the league to close, like they're paid to do, and they didn't.

@jc6059 It is hard to put it all on the defense when they got 2 INT's, a fumble recovery, and the special teams got a blocked FG. The offense didn't capitalize. The defense could have played better in spots. Specific players could have been much better, but you win the turnover battle +3 and a blocked FG? You should win that game. Even if they just turned 2 of the 4 turnovers into FG's, the drive at the end would have been drastically different. This game was on the offense, in my opinion.

@@jc6059 I understood what you are saying, it’s the offenses job to score points. Hope that helps
