#1 Cooking A Delicious Homemade Pumpkin Cake in a Village in Iran

Hello everyone 😍 This is my 1th video!
I make many things with pumpkins, including Pumpkin Cake.
It is very easy and enjoyable to make a pumpkin cake at home. the process is interesting and the result will be a beautiful and delicious homemade cake that you can share with your friends and family. It is good to serve the pumpkin cake with tea or coffee or as I do in this video with a cup of relaxing herbal tea.
I live in a village in Iran and you can see that it is very peaceful and relaxing. I am very happy to share this video with you.
My name is Saina. I was born and grew up in the Capital city of Iran. But years ago my family and I chose to move to our house in the countryside to live a peaceful and calm life and experience this lifestyle. Ingredients :
Steamed Pumpkin : 2 cups
Eggs : 3
Sugar : 1 cup
Wheat flour : 3 cups
Vanilla : 4 drops
Baking powder : 2 jam spoons
Yogurt : 1 cup
vegetable oil : 1 cup
Cinnamon powder : 1 tea spoon
Cinnamon sticks
Cardamom : 2
Walnut : 3
Recipe :
Mix Sugar and Eggs and Vanilla until it turns to a creamy color.then add Steamed Pumpkin and Cinnamon and Cardamom and Vegetable oil and Yogurt and mix them again.Then add Baking powder to Wheat flour and mix them.Slowly add Flour and Baking powder to the other ingredients and mix them all.At the end put the mixture into the cake mold and bake it into 180 degrees oven for 30 minutes.Then decorate the cake with Walnut and Cinnamon sticks and Cinnamon powder.Enjoy it!
