Skip, thank you for just preaching straight from the Bible, and also providing historical context. It’s clear where your heart is, and I enjoy learning from your teaching style. The modern church is DEARLY MISSING this style of teaching. Thank you for sharing it!

Thank you for your service. I use these Wednesday night for daily bible study. This book hits home with me because my church in Fort Worth is in desperate need of a letter from Paul. God bless you and your congregation.

Thank you, Pastor Skip! I certainly will be praying for you to finish well, and also say a hearty "amen" to your anointed prayer. As we see world events reflecting the conditions we expect to pertain at the time of our Lord's return, I pray that this will be the time when the prodigals return and those who have yet to meet Jesus will be released from deception, thereby entering into their inheritance as sons & daughters of the Living God!

Never thought of it that way. God gave the Israelites a big bonfire every night. Everyone would have gathered around the pillar of fire and sang songs. I wonder if you could have roasted marshmellows by putting them near the pillar of fire.

What do you think about the early church father's commentary on scripture?

I think Pastor Skip is a great Bible teacher, and so I was greatly disappointed in him when he made a remark during the study that systemic racism doesn't exist. That was such a cruel way to disregard the experience of a group of people in this sin-soaked world. I had to pray to God about this. It was very hurtful.

17:57 - garments did not wear out. This is an example, of why when Noah was on the ark... I think God just performed a miracle with preserving the animals on the ark. Same principal. How much did the animals have to eat, how much poop did they have to clean? Well... did any of that have to be done at all?
