Yes, Lord Jesus teaches there is reward for the faithful saint. Just as He teaches there are degrees of punishment in the lake of fire for the lost, Chorazin, Bethsadia, Corint, so degrees of joy, privaledge, responsability, and blessing here for the faithful saint, that will carry over when we get in His presence. There are some bearing 100 peices of fruit, and others building in wood, hay, and stubble, but they are saved still, just so as by fire. Both do not have the same degree of blessing down here, and certainly will not in His presence. "So we will not be ashamed at His appearing. Shame at the Bema, or confidence and boldness when we are judged by Him at the judgement seat of Christ, which is only for believers.

Don't forget that the Bema seat was part of the Jewish Sanhedrin. Gamaliel sat on it and doled out punishment. Judaism? “Salvation by works” never works. No one is saved BY good works but rather UNTO them. HUMONGOUS difference (Isaiah 64:6, Matthew 5:13-16, John 6:29, Romans 11:6, Ephesians 2:8-10, Titus 3:4-8). It is impossible to goody two shoes into Heaven. Jesus did 100% of everything salvation-wise (Mark 1:15, John 14:6, John 19:30). By comparison, a human does 100% of nothing (John 15:5). Salvation’s a GIFT, not a “WAGE” (Romans 6:23). For anyone, praying this all helps. If there’s any “ammo” here that’s either wanted or needed, go for it. As Scripture implies, “Freely you have received, freely give”: One is either in Jesus (100% forgiven - “Sheep”) or in Adam (0% forgiven - “Goats”). There is no such thing as a “Geep” - No one is ever “50% forgiven” (John 5:24, Colossians 2:13-15, Hebrews 10:14, 2 Peter 1:3-4, 1 John 2:12, etc.). Both testaments are blood economies but this new one is permanent. There will never again be another Calvary or Resurrection. No need. They were effective the first time. Matthew 25:31-46, John 3:3-6, Galatians 6:15-16, & 1 Peter 2:9-10 along with Matthew 7:21-23, Galatians 1:8, 1 Timothy 4:1-5 & 2 Timothy 3:5 are all self-explanatory as to who “sheep” are as well as who “goats” are. Sadly, cults & false religions are described in those latter four. JOHN 1:29 (AMPC) The next day John saw Jesus coming to him and said, Look! There is the Lamb of God, Who takes away the sin of the world!(”) (SIDE NOTE: That’s a reference to John the Baptist, not the apostle John.) Will cheerfully follow the instructions in Scripture instead. “To sanctify” means “to set apart”. “To put to its intended purpose,” in other words. In Hebrews 10:14, “For all time” means (may I have a drumroll, please) “For all time”. (That’s spiritually-speaking, of course. The rest of you? Welcome to being human.) (SIDE NOTE: In some translations, “For all time” is worded as “Forever”, “To the end” or “For eternity”.) What’s sad is how some translations say “being sanctified”. Why? No one’s “BEING sanctified”. If you’re in Jesus and His finished work, you ARE sanctified. That boils down to the difference between legalism and reality. (ANOTHER SIDE NOTE: “Sanctify”...“Consecrate”...They’re both the same word in the Greek: hagiazó, or, #37 in Strong’s Greek. Another way “hagiazó” can be said is “to make holy”. Easy link here if needed: biblehub.com/greek/37.htm ) (YET ANOTHER SIDE NOTE: The term “Christ” is a title, not a name. It means either “Anointed One” or “Messiah”.)
