I've had excruciating shoulder/neck pain for a few days now that had brought this grown ass man to the edge of tears. Was waiting to call my doc on Monday with expectations of surgery in my future... did the first stretch you demonstrated and 90% of the pain was gone instantly.... now I just feel dumb. Will be doing these stretches daily, can't thank you enough.

Hey, don't be hard on yourself, we are taught to not give self care, to only use big phama. Be proud that you found them and have empowered yourself. This is my go to when any part of my body gets an issue. Stretching brings lubrication to the joints, so every little joint needs to be tugged on stretched, pulled and rotated, ESPECIALLY TOES AND FINGERS.

I had trigger finger on my left hand. It was painful and pretty severe. I tried acupuncture with no real relief then I started researching other treatments. Finally, I came across a doctor that treated trigger finger with shoulder therapy. His assertion was that the tightening of tendons in the hands actually begins in the shoulder area. I started doing yoga and Tai chi exercises that emphasized arm stretching. Miraculously, my finger started to release within 7 days, and within 2-3 weeks it was completely gone! Now, anytime I feel that same tightening coming on, I do those stretches. I know I should stretch daily to keep it from coming back, but I just wanted to extoll the benefits of what is being presented here. Stretching the whole body is probably one of the best things you can do for overall health!

I Always enjoy your videos. Many time my elderly patients or clients with long term problems need a less painful place to start. It's helpful to start them by disengaging postural muscles so they can focus on phasic muscles when beginning rehab, especially in and around the shoulder capsule. Proprioception can work for us or against us. I will usually have a patient lay down to disengage the postural muscles and teach them their first exercises while laying on their back.

your vids are great. you've given me some exercises that are different from what I've gotten from my doctors and very helpful. the friendly banter between you is a bonus - so genuine.

Amazing, have been dealing with shoulder pain from lifting heavy tote bags of Costco items (no more) for 4-5 weeks. These exercises really work well plus I was able to come up with some add'l movements that work well too just by doing these with Bob and Brad. You guys deserve a Medal of Honor for service to humanity. And you don't even charge. Bless you!!!

060222/0530h PST 🇺🇸 Dear people, I thank you very much for exhibiting the simple method of alleviating the shoulder pain. I paused the video @3 mts and performed the two simple techniques and to my amazement; the right shoulder pain just vanished for good. I don’t know how to thank you 🙏🏽 Bless you, guys. I will continue the same procedure henceforth to maintain the correction. Thanks again and stay safe.

I injured my shoulder boxing in 2009. One reason I never went back was because the confidence of not having my shoulder healed. Had X-rays, mri, physical therapy and went to a chiropractor and none of them knew what was wrong or how heal me. I been doing these for a week n I feel progress. Thank you 🙏🏽 Big Blessings

I wish I’d found you guys sooner. The one about walking properly was an eye opener. 52 years walking the wrong way. This is another good one that helped me immediately.
I wacthed your video and read comments. You guys seem to be very skilled physical therapists. I have had shoulder pain, joint pain from shoulder bone and backbone, elbow pain, wrist pain, muscle pain since I had second dose of COVID vaccine shot. I wake up screaming and crying from the pain each night and pain during the day. The Cora Physical Therapy in Greenville, NC that I visited didn't ease my pain at all. Now I'm doing what you are teaching on KZbin and hope my left arm will get recovered soon. Thank you!
