YES! I’ve found that you have to go to shops that specialize in beans or do siphon/pour over.

Why do you refer to yourself as 'we' ? Do you have another person with you?

I use the word "we" to refer to you (the viewer) and me. I do this whether there's someone with me in person or not. When I'm filming and editing, I always film as if you're exploring and experiencing it all with me.
