Come join us on our quick weekend trip from Los Angeles to London. We flew Economy Class on Virgin Atlantic and had one of the best in-flight meals in a long time! We stayed in Leicester Square, explored the area, and finished the night in Chinatown. What a fun first day!

Thanks so much! Egypt is on our bucket list, along with other destinations. Challenge is, we both have so many days off a year, and juggling far destinations with closer family trips can be challenging. And, we love revisiting places we’ve been to. The reason why the Christmas decorations and displays are out in September in the UK, is that they do not celebrate Thanksgiving and Halloween is not as big of a holiday as it is here in the US. Yes, we try and catch some sleep on the plane. As for jet lag, wherever we go, we stay up until regular nighttime/sleep time.
