Yeah, getting worse crates at bounty hunter for doing better sucks. When I first started, I was pulling the several mill emblems constantly, I even pulled the 16M one a few times. Eventually, I turned my KDR from like 1:4 to 2:1 and I rarely ever get emblems, when I do, they're usually 500k, 1m, or 2m. I have not seen a single 16M emblem in my last 1000+ bounty hunter kills.
