NH stands for no honor, which means the use of overheads. The term came to be back in the day when pking was very very basic and the use of overheads prayers was very unhonorable.

Correct, additionally in the clan scenery, when clan A would agree to fight clan B, all other clans had an understanding to let those 2 clans duke it out in pvp. NHing clans or teams were created to attack members of clan A, clan B, or both clans either for easy loot, for some action, or out of spite for those clans. So for singles pvp the term NH is what you described, and for multi it’s what I described.
