Nice work Kevin on the Delta 767! Hasegawa truly makes great detailed 767 models. I truly enjoy the 767-300 the most. A few years ago I took two fuselages to make the -400 series. That was difficult because of cutting the fuselages to make a stretched fuselage, strake winglets and a modified landing gear since it’s different from the -200/-300 series but worth the effort! I made it in the Continental scheme which includes 777 windows, very interesting. I have plans to build another one with a South American carrier and renovation of an existing 767 with American’s bare metal scheme. Thank you for sharing the video.

Nice SOTB build. If you want to use the original decal set, sunbleach them for a few weeks. Then apply a few coats of gloss laquer on top. Test the decal set by using the parts not applied to the model or stand.

Thanks for the comment. I actually sunbleached the decal, but it was the best got or maybe I should've let it sit under sun a bit longer. If I am making another model with an old decal, I will definitely try to sunbleach for a bit longer. Thanks!

@@kevinqots9037 Oh btw, you can make a model with 'like' and 'subscribe' that would be quite original, to use in the background.

The 2023 767-200 doesn’t come with the windows perforated anymore which is saves the trouble closing up the windows and just focus on closing up the seams on the kit and use whatever decals. I’m about to start two Aeromexico 767 builds using the Hasewaga. One build will be using modern livery with the 767-300 decals from 8a decals and just trim and fit them here. the other will be the Skyteam livery and use the decals from Draw Decals. will be two fun builds.

Thanks for sharing your build - a spectacular livery. A few questions if i may - Did you putty the engines? Did you use the chrome marker for the leading edges of the wings and engines? Did you use a clear coat to finish? What are your tips for spray painting using cans?

Thanks! Yes - I putty the engines. Yes - I used the chrome marker for the leading edges and engines. I did clear coat, but I think I did not do enough on this model. I think I only coated twice... My advice to use cans for spray is to make sure you make sure to mask tape properly before spraying. If you mess up the spray, the layers easily get thick with the can spray while fixing.
