1 Eggplant with 3 eggs! Quick breakfast in 5 minutes. A Delicious Eggplant Recipe
Ingredients and recipe:
Chop 1 eggplant
Hello friends! This eggplant recipe will surprise your family!
Crack 3 eggs in a bowl
Add salt and black pepper
Mix well
Medium heat
Melt 1tbsp unsalted butter in the pan
Place the eggplants
Sprinkle some salt on top and fry for 2 minutes
Pour 1tbsp olive into the pan
Pour the egg mix into the pan
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top
Chop a tomato
Salt and black pepper
Chop parsley
Shredded cheese
Fry for 3-5 minutes
Done!
