They could reduce time of animations when they have already happened in a match. This would affect discard with Apoc or Scorn, destroy with Deadpool or Arnim, move with Multiple Man etc.

@MrGeoghagan If I‘m perfectly honest, you probably don’t want to unlock cards at all. Obviously the game is the most fun if you have all of the cards, but nowadays pool 3 is such a chore that you don’t really want to progress past pool 2 in the first place.

HEY! So I did the math on the first match where you lost around A LOT of cycles. Way more than 2 for sure. This took forever. If onslaught is 2 then mystique is 2 which gives us 4 PLUS citadel which gives us 16 multiplying both. Adding wong which would be 64. You missed out on around 30 more cycles.

@Thebiggestgordon3 ай бұрын
Wong +multiple onslaught math is a bit broken in snap (they intentionally limit the number of on reveals so it doesn’t scale to ridiculous amounts, but the new formulas are stupid and complicated and counter intuitive). I THINK if they didn’t magneto your mystique, you would have got 36 discards, so a 74 power scorn and +72 power on board. I could be wrong though.
@bobbyr6003 ай бұрын
So you're 100% right. They are not doubling which is odd given the wording. His Scorn was discarded 12 times to get to 26 power. So esentially you can treat any Onslaught ability to actually read "copy any ongoing effect". I would guess that copy your copy does nothing. So I believe if he had Mystique it would have been 2 more iterations or 30 total poweron Scorn.
@Thebiggestgordon3 ай бұрын
I've spent the last hour researching onslaught multipliers (I should really get a life I know). With 1 wong, there are 2 on reveals for each time the ongoing effect is multiplied. Also, each onslaught (or citadel, it actually counts exactly the same) after the first one will multiply ongoing abilities by 3. Just 1 wong = 1 ongoing effect = 2 on reveals Onslaught or Citadel + wong = 2 ongoing effects = 4 on reveals 2 onslaughts, or citadel + onslaught + wong = 6 ongoing effects = 12 on reveals 3 onslaughts, or citadel + 2 onslaughts + wong = 18 ongoing effects = 36 on reveals. 4 onslaughts (really only possible as citadel + 3 onslaughts) + wong = 54 ongoing effects = 162 on reveals So in this case it would have been a 36 discards for a 72 power scorn.
