I see your video ur work is so neat i wish i could give my l18050 modified to DTF to you 😢its only a few months old and this printer gave me problems with printing white ink we don’t have good mechanic here i am from jorethang ,sikkim 🙏🏻

Permatex Ultra-black rtv works too but you need to be careful where you put it. It is removable but you can damage the cable trying to remove it from the thin cables... Permatex ultra-black is safe on electronics but not all silicon sealants are. If it smells like vinegar then its not safe...

The driver transistors on the main board can go bad over time as well and this can give bad results even with a brand new print head. The transistors may still function and you can print but the transistor gain will become too low to operate the print head to 100%. It could give the appearance of a bad or clogged head when its the driver circuit just not getting the proper wave form to the head. I found that replacing the transistors is usually enough but be sure to test electrolytic caps and replace those as necessary. I like to add a high voltage film cap across the power input to each driver transistor pair to give a slightly longer life to the repaired components...

Where do I find a cable guard that has the 2 tabs that holds the printer head cables off to the side. Mine broke and I cannot find 1 for L1800

Hi, ive converted also but printhead nozzle test is very bad. can you configure my printer settings? already tried new printhead. Still same result. Im thinking low voltage maybe. The firing printhead is not strong enough. Can you help me please Kevin
