I’ve been to quite a few markets like this in different countries. They are fascinating just to walk through. In Bergen Norway they will cook and serve the seafood. Not cheap but delicious and worth it.

Those are not tiger prawns. The ones with head butter are river prawns (not saltwater tiger prawn). Again both are different.
