To answer your question why did Honda use old school light. Because more surface area light. Just my opinion I'll stick with OEM those lights may look nice but in my opinion the OEM is more noticeable. By the way I liked your vedio, you were got right to the point without trying to be a movie star.

Liked the look of these so I ordered them with the eBay link. Unfortunately the plug and play doesn’t fit on my UK 2007 gL1800 as the light requires a three pin connector and the connector coming from the bike is only two. I’m sure there is a work round but it’ll be a trip to my bike electrician to add a third wire for the constant feed to the signal. 😢

Easy to install 👌. Right LED turn signal not flashing, back right one flash. Tested the LED flasher works fine. When hazard are on both back ones and the front left one flash fine except the right front one. Any suggestions. 2014 F6B.

Yes, I've seen them on Amazon for the 05's. Not sure if you can find them now but even if you can't, since they're round you can always micky mouse a generic fog in there.

Yes, the bulbs (LED) are built into the new fixture itself.

I have a 2004 Wing, and I think the connector that comes on this light needs to be cut off and my original one put on to make it work.

About a week after use mine started hyperflashing.

Easy fix. Whatever resistor they used must have been defective so just add a 12v flashing resistor like these ones inline with the positive lead:

My 2013 also has different connectors. What did you guys end up doing splicing them or sending them back? If you did splice them how did you do it?

I ended up splicing them in because I could get a new pigtail online if I wanted to go back original. They work good but the running light is not really bright in the daylight.

Atleast the seller did sent me another pair(for a small fee). I must say the lights were ok my issue was the hyper flash with the left one.
