Friendly advice for all the English learners out there 🌎...don’t get frustrated over minor errors, such as not understanding EVERY word of spoken 🗣 or written ✏️ English . Even as native English speakers, we don’t understand everyone and everything! 🇨🇦

Just practice as much as you can Cos English is a foreign language and it's not definitely easy to learn but ofcourse on the other hand it's not even impossible to learn PRACTICE IS MUST Just don't focus on grammar cos grammar is a ocean and you cannot drink the whole ocean But my advice is to firstly focus on TENSES and once you master tenses just start making sentences and be consistent Just go ahead 👍

Hi there Marina, from Colombia. It's funny the first phrase, because here in my country "white elephant" is the phrase we use when the government invests on the construction of a hospital or clinic or even public parks but they're never finished. So when the new governor comes, he/she doesn't even try to finish that hospital/clinic or park and it cost a lot of money. So, in one way, the phrase "white elephant" is quite similiar here and there.
