I have known the hair fact....your follicle holds an electrical charge after you pull it from your head. That's why I keep my hair long. It is there for a reason. In terms of the food, I barely eat, mostly because I cannot trust anything. I eat enough to live and no more. Yet, I am still a healthy woman who is almost 40. I'm not skin and bone, I actually weigh a little over 170 and am 5'7. My body has conditioned, and so would yours. The human body was not designed to eat 3 full meals a day. The traditional breakfast we know now didn't start until the 1920's. You're right, we're not supposed to eat that way. It used to be breakfast (breaking the fast) was just a biscuit or something light and your large meal was at lunch (supper) so you would work off all that food and dinner was a light meal. Now everyone has sitdown feasts at each meal with snacks in between 🙄

Ikr? I was born in ‘84 n I’ve been saying for about 8-10 years now that the weather is definitely different. I was born in Delaware n grew up in Delaware for a few years n the rest in Maryland n it used to snow really bad at least a couple/few times every winter. We did get some snow this winter a couple times but nothing like it used to n last year it just rained all winter-no snow. And the summers are definitely hotter. Sometimes we get a 60-70 degree day in January, which is freaking bizarre!

I worked for a company that manufactured an alternative baths for washing and disinfecting chicken processed at major plants. This is part of all your Perdue and tyson chicken plants. We had a contract with Tyson, not Purdue. Even though our product was safer , Purdue could not get on board as it would cost them way too much to change their operations. So, they certainly don't care about our health. And this doesn't even have anything to do with the chickens life, free range,etc. this is the processing after death But do look up and watch some videos of chicken processing and you will see that all chicken is run through chlorine baths,. I wish i can afford to pay double to eat organic chicken. Perdue is already 9.99/lb and i can't even afford this.

I believe headaches in people who drink soda when they don’t have any are caffeine withdrawal headaches. High sodium will contribute to high blood pressure though n then you’re not supposed to have a lot of sodium if u have high BP.

I had a detective tell me that he had been monitoring my phone for the last month!! I laughed 🤣 and said YOU MUST HAVE BEEN BOARD AF for that month buddy! Cuz I'm boarding as hell. He set me up and had me charged for drug trafficking manufacturing and distribution. I fought the case for 2 years and took it to trial because I knew I was innocent. They brought in a person with the same last name wrong sex Wrong race as me co defendant. They dismissed all charges so far that it's gone off my records completely. They deny it ever happened BUT I have bail papers from bonding out of jail for those charges.... SMH the police are not who we think they are.

The one guy did get his facts wrong about milk. Milk they been trying to get ppl and animals to stop drinking it, when raw milk is the best thing you can drink. My grandparents have drank our raw milk everyday of their life, along with all their kids and grandkids, our entire family is going strong, up to my grandparents. My grandparents still get up every morning and milk our cows. They’re in their mid 90’s and they don’t miss a beat. It’s what they do to the milk they sell in the store that’s bad for you. Drink your whole milk if you can’t get raw milk.
